Responsibilities

Develop scalable and secure agents for macOS.
Evaluate technologies, tools, and practices that improve reliability and developer productivity.
Collaborate with product, backend, QA, support, and other agent teams to deliver production-grade security capabilities.
Lead technical quality through design, implementation, code reviews, and root-cause analysis.
Mentor engineers and develop team expertise in macOS, systems, and networking.
Resolve complex macOS, networking, performance, and production issues.
Initiate technical improvements that support business objectives.

Requirements

At least 5 years of software development experience.
Professional experience with C++, Swift, or Objective-C.
Strong networking knowledge, including IP, TCP/UDP, routing tables, IPv4/IPv6, DNS, and VPN packet encapsulation and routing.
Experience architecting distributed and scalable services.
Strong understanding of multithreading, asynchronous programming, socket programming, and software design patterns.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent knowledge.

Nice to have

Hands-on experience with macOS System or Network Extensions.
