Lead architecture and hands-on development for complex, scalable enterprise digital platforms. Mentor engineering teams, establish technical standards, and connect business objectives with reliable technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor digital development teams, conduct code reviews, and establish engineering best practices.
- Develop core infrastructure components, REST APIs, and shared reusable architecture.
- Own high-level and low-level design and lead design reviews.
- Design microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Plan and deliver integrations with legacy systems, third-party vendors, and enterprise services.
- Maintain standards for code quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Drive CI/CD pipelines, release management, and automation across an Agile, multi-project environment.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI tools, and evolve the technology stack.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of software development experience, including at least 3 years as a Tech Lead in enterprise or multi-team environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of full-stack development experience with .NET 8+ and Angular.
- At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Azure services, including App Services, Functions, APIM, Key Vault, Entra ID/B2C, and Storage.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
- Strong expertise in REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- At least 1 year of experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or VS Code AI extensions.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Strong business judgment, communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

- Experience building shared enterprise platforms and cross-cutting infrastructure.
- Experience with cloud transformation initiatives.
- Experience integrating Azure AI Services or custom AI/ML solutions.
- Experience in large enterprise or public-sector environments.
