Design and lead Salesforce solutions and cross-system implementations aligned with business needs at a financial services organization.
Responsibilities
- Design technology solution architectures aligned with business requirements
- Manage organization-wide Salesforce processes and address business needs
- Lead solution workshops, analyze requirements, and recommend solutions within platform capabilities
- Deliver integrations, process implementation, complex troubleshooting, and technical solution specifications following best practices
- Lead requirements analysis, implementation, and Salesforce deployment for cross-system technology projects, including open banking, applications, digital underwriting, and interfaces
Requirements
- At least five years of experience as a Salesforce Solutions Architect, including implementation, deployment, and requirements analysis
- Strong Salesforce platform knowledge, including customer-specific solutions, data modeling, and integration
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
- Practical knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Project management experience and experience implementing enterprise-wide Salesforce processes
- Good English proficiency

- Experience with Salesforce Community Cloud and Marketing Cloud
