Responsibilities
- Lead development of networking applications and libraries using hardware-accelerated data-plane programming
- Define software stacks and libraries for accelerated AI and HPC networking
- Establish use cases and performance targets based on customer requirements
- Collaborate with NIC research and development, firmware, hardware, product, and architecture teams
- Shape the strategic networking software vision with adjacent software and hardware architects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or computer engineering, or equivalent experience
- At least 8 years of software development experience in C/C++
- At least 3 years of software architecture experience
- Proven networking experience
- Knowledge of networking drivers and operating systems
- Ability to collaborate across multinational, multi-time-zone teams
Nice to have
- High-performance user-space development experience
- DPDK or SPDK experience
- RDMA, RoCE, or InfiniBand knowledge
