Lead enterprise architecture and technology transformation initiatives, designing scalable solutions and modernization strategies for complex enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise architecture and translate business objectives into technology architectures and transformation roadmaps.
- Design end-to-end application solutions using microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture, enterprise integrations, and cloud-native technologies.
- Lead modernization of legacy enterprise systems, including migration strategy, risk management, implementation planning, and business continuity.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies for business challenges.
- Establish architectural standards and reusable patterns across systems.
- Coordinate collaboration between business, technology, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Academic degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in software development and enterprise systems architecture.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Software Architect.
- Proven experience modernizing legacy enterprise systems, including AS400, Mainframe, or comparable platforms.
- Experience designing and implementing microservices and API-first architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and/or OpenShift.
- Experience with event-driven and messaging-based solutions using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.
- Experience with databases including Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DB2, and NoSQL systems.
- Strong knowledge of Domain-Driven Design, cloud-native architecture, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience leading complex projects, coordinating stakeholders, and developing technology roadmaps.
Nice to have
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and the healthcare industry.
