Lead product and technology for a pre-seed, stealth-mode startup building an autonomous engine for core drug-development workflows. The company has two paid enterprise pilots in production and is seeking a hands-on technical and product leader with significant ownership.
Responsibilities
- Own both product and technology strategy
- Define and evolve the system architecture
- Build and scale the engineering team
- Evaluate and improve the existing product and technology foundation
- Continue hands-on software engineering and code review
- Lead development of an autonomous drug-development engine
Requirements
- Personally architected and scaled a production-grade SaaS system
- Strong software architecture and engineering leadership experience
- Continues to write and review production code
- Able to determine what to retain, rebuild, or design from scratch
- Comfortable building and scaling an engineering team
- Able to move quickly in an ambiguous startup environment
Nice to have
- Experience with B2B SaaS
- Experience taking products from zero to one
- Entrepreneurial experience operating in ambiguity
