Security Engineering Manager – Adversarial Tactics

Lead adversarial security assessments, threat emulation, offensive security engineering, and client delivery while building and mentoring a multidisciplinary team in Tel Aviv.
Responsibilities
- Lead red team, purple team, and threat-informed security assessments
- Design and execute MITRE ATT&CK-mapped threat emulation campaigns
- Build and operate adversary toolchains, C2 infrastructure, and payloads
- Apply safe-by-design testing, operational security, and risk controls
- Partner with blue teams on detection engineering and control tuning
- Own engagement scoping, methodology, delivery planning, governance, and risk management
- Communicate with client security and executive stakeholders
- Produce evidence-based reports, executive briefings, and remediation roadmaps
- Recruit, manage, and mentor multidisciplinary security professionals
- Develop playbooks, methodologies, and internal tooling
- Support proposals, solution packaging, go-to-market activity, and thought leadership
- Integrate incident response and threat intelligence insights into proactive testing programs
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in adversarial security, red teaming, purple teaming, or advanced penetration testing
- Hands-on leadership of enterprise and cloud security engagements
- Experience managing or building teams of 5–10 or more professionals
- Consulting experience with international or enterprise clients
- Deep knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and adversary emulation
- Experience with attack infrastructure, command-and-control frameworks, payload development, and operational security
- Experience collaborating with incident response, threat intelligence, and enterprise security teams
- Professional proficiency in English
- Degree in computer science, engineering, or information security, or equivalent professional experience
- Authorization to work in Israel and willingness to travel periodically
