Lead the integration and validation strategy for a complex rail transport system in Northern Israel. Coordinate subsystem integration, system testing, requirements validation, evidence collection, certification support, and customer acceptance across international projects.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage the system integration and validation strategy across the project lifecycle
- Coordinate validation methods for project requirements with requirements management and system engineering teams
- Manage the integration and validation timeline and collect validation evidence
- Coordinate system-level testing for operational scenarios, functionalities, and interfaces
- Lead the testing program with the system testing manager and support customer acceptance
- Compile validation evidence for system acceptance
- Support applicable transport-system certification and homologation activities
- Identify and schedule off-site integration and validation tests on a dedicated test bed
- Coordinate with subsystem suppliers, subcontractors, consortium partners, and internal project teams
Requirements
- Engineering degree from an engineering school
- At least 5 years of testing experience in a comparable field
- Laboratory, factory, or test-platform experience
- International project experience
- Professional-level English
- Ability to understand standards, requirements, and their operating environment
- Mobility for project activities

- Electrical or mechanical degree
- Electronic or computing degree
- Knowledge of railway systems
- Experience with electrical power distribution, signaling, communications, SCADA, rolling stock, or computing systems
