Responsibilities
- Define test plans and documentation for products
- Design, develop, and execute test cases
- Drive test automation
- Collaborate with relevant teams to understand product requirements
- Mentor junior testers
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software testing experience
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile
- Experience writing test cases and plans from feature requirements
- Experience collaborating with Product Owners and development teams to support testability and quality throughout the SDLC
- Hands-on experience testing large-scale systems
- Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, ALM, or Jira
- Clear communication in Hebrew and English
Nice to have
- Experience using AI tools and methods to improve test design and execution
- Experience with test automation tools and Python
- Experience in a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in the semiconductor or medical device industries
