Full-time, on-site role in Ness Ziona, Israel, focused on ensuring the quality, stability, usability, and reliability of desktop applications, cloud platforms, and integrated hardware-software workflows.
Responsibilities
- Test desktop, cloud, and hybrid software workflows end to end
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing
- Reproduce customer-reported issues and identify root conditions
- Verify bug fixes and prevent regressions
- Test real-world scenarios, edge cases, failure states, and unexpected user behavior
- Document defects with reproduction steps and expected and actual behavior
- Collaborate with developers to investigate issues and improve stability
- Work with Product and Support teams to understand customer workflows
- Participate in release-readiness testing and post-release validation
- Improve QA processes and overall test coverage
Requirements
- Proven experience in software quality assurance or software testing
- Strong experience with manual, functional, regression, and exploratory testing
- Ability to understand complex software workflows and identify edge cases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and a methodical testing approach
- Ability to document, communicate, and explain software issues clearly
- Experience working closely with software developers
- Comfort working in a fast-moving software environment
- Strong ownership of software quality
Nice to have
- Experience testing Windows desktop applications
- Experience testing SaaS or cloud-based platforms
- Experience testing software and hardware-integrated systems
- Familiarity with APIs, logs, SQL, or developer and debugging tools
- Experience with Jira, Monday.com, or similar issue-tracking systems
