Lead a team responsible for testing interoperability, availability, stability, and integration for enterprise storage products across client platforms and third-party services. Work with product, R&D, professional services, and support teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage engineers through software design, implementation, and debugging work.
- Investigate and analyze complex system-level issues to support product stability.
- Participate in requirements, development design, test design, and field report reviews.
- Plan, design, and execute product tests.
- Set up and maintain long-running hardware and software test environments.
- Drive implementation of solutions across client platforms and third-party services.
Requirements
- Proven team leadership experience.
- At least 5 years of experience testing complex, distributed software systems.
- Strong knowledge of Linux.
- Hands-on experience with cloud environments and virtualization technologies such as VMware or KVM.
- Solid understanding of SAN and NAS storage architectures.
