Senior System Validation Architect

Lead validation strategy and system-level verification for complex autonomous driving platforms. Identify technical risks, improve testability, and influence architecture across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of system architecture and implementation across platform features and domains.
- Define and own feature-level and platform-level validation strategies, including positive, negative, boundary, fault-injection, robustness, integration, and architectural validation.
- Derive platform-level validation requirements, coverage models, validation criteria, and acceptance criteria.
- Identify validation gaps, testability challenges, architectural weaknesses, and technical risks early in development.
- Review architecture and design decisions, providing validation-driven recommendations to improve quality, reliability, robustness, and testability.
- Lead root-cause analysis of complex system-level issues and drive resolution across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Serve as the technical focal point for validation methodologies, architectural discussions, and best practices.
- Collaborate with system architects, developers, and validation engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement of validation methodologies, tools, processes, and platform coverage.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a System Architect, Systems Engineer, or similar technical leadership role in a multidisciplinary environment.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience leading system-level validation activities for complex products.
- Experience defining validation methodologies, strategies, coverage models, verification approaches, and acceptance criteria.
- Proven experience investigating complex system-level issues, performing root-cause analysis, and driving resolution across engineering domains.
- Experience influencing architectural and design decisions through validation insights and technical recommendations.
- Strong systems thinking and the ability to analyze complex architectures, interactions, risks, gaps, and weaknesses.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
