Own automated test coverage across web, mobile and API products. Build scalable frameworks and infrastructure, strengthen CI/CD testing, and mentor QA engineers.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end web, mobile and API test automation.
- Develop, maintain and scale automation infrastructure, frameworks and internal tools.
- Maintain a stable, efficient CI/CD testing environment using Argo CD.
- Own progression and regression test coverage to support product quality and reliability.
- Improve automation coverage, execution speed, stability and maintainability.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote continuous learning and technical excellence.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on automation development experience.
- Strong Python programming skills and extensive pytest experience.
- Experience designing scalable, maintainable test automation frameworks from the ground up.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright or Selenium for web automation.
- Experience with Appium and UIAutomator2 for mobile automation.
- Practical experience with Behavior-Driven Development methods and frameworks.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical issues, progress and quality metrics to cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Experience testing REST APIs with Postman or Python scripts.
- A B.Sc. or relevant degree in Computer Science, or a strong background in object-oriented programming.
