A cloud-native enterprise security software company is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to lead automated testing infrastructure and regression cycles across complex, multi-operating-system environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of robust automation infrastructure using Playwright.
- Own and manage regression testing cycles.
- Configure and optimize automated test environments for complex customer configurations.
- Execute and manage tests across Linux, Windows, and other operating systems.
- Improve quality processes, methodologies, tools, efficiency, effectiveness, and test coverage.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as an Automation Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks, tools, and scripting languages.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated tests for complex web applications.
- Knowledge of networking and protocols.
- Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Practical experience using AI-based tools to improve software development or test automation workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Nice to have
- Experience with performance and load testing.
- Background in B2B cybersecurity, cloud security, identity and access management, or encryption key management.
