XTEND seeks a QA Test Engineer to perform field, software, hardware, flight, and integration testing for drone systems and support product development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct field test operations for drone systems
- Perform software QA, flight, and integration testing
- Prepare and execute test cases
- Document, investigate, and record test results for R&D analysis
- Collaborate with product development to support consistent project execution
Requirements
- 1–2 years of software and hardware QA testing experience
- Hands-on experience with drones or robotic systems
- Willingness to perform outdoor field work and hands-on testing
- Ability to analyze and investigate results and write test documents and summary reports
- Experience testing API integrations and user interfaces
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Nice to have
- Experience with JIRA and Linux
- Familiarity with C/C++ or Python
- Experience with robotics or drone systems
- Strong verbal and written English skills
