A consumer products R&D laboratory team is seeking a hands-on Lab Testing Engineer to plan and execute verification, validation, functional, performance, reliability, and water quality testing.
Responsibilities
- Conduct chemical, microbiological, and sensory water quality testing according to internal and regulatory requirements.
- Design, develop, and execute functional, performance, and reliability tests for machines, bottles, and accessories.
- Coordinate testing across laboratories, production sites, and external partner facilities.
- Document test procedures, results, and observations accurately.
- Analyze test results and identify deviations from expected performance.
- Develop and maintain verification and validation strategies, plans, protocols, and reports.
- Follow laboratory safety procedures and collaborate with R&D engineers, quality teams, and suppliers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline.
- 2–5 years of hands-on laboratory or technical testing experience, preferably in R&D or production.
- Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Understanding of test procedures, repeatability, measurement accuracy, and documentation practices.
- Fluent Hebrew and high-level written and spoken English.
Nice to have
- Experience with mechanical systems and water analysis.
- Experience testing consumer products.
- Familiarity with quality standards, certification processes, and product validation requirements.
