A hardware technology company is seeking a Junior QA Automation Engineer to validate DPU software features, automate testing, and improve QA processes.
Responsibilities
- Review architecture designs and requirements for new software features.
- Identify and report bugs, support reproduction and root-cause analysis, and verify fixes.
- Create automated test cases using an existing framework and expand its capabilities.
- Develop and improve testing tools, processes, and applications to increase efficiency and product quality.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of hands-on software QA experience.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, bug reporting, and release workflows.
- Proficiency in Linux and networking environments.
- Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or Perl.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to plan and complete tasks independently.
Nice to have
- Experience with networking protocols and test design.
- Proven Python experience and test automation development.
- Familiarity with automation infrastructure.
