NESS is seeking a full-time, hybrid AI QA Tester in Tel Aviv. The role focuses on planning, executing, documenting, and improving testing for AI agents or web client-server systems.
Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare tests based on specification documents.
- Ensure the availability of test data and tools required for test execution.
- Execute system, integration, and cross-system process tests.
- Document defects and test outputs in test management tools.
- Communicate test results and findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement through learning and lessons learned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering is required.
- At least three years of QA testing experience, including web client-server systems or AI agents.
- At least one year of Python development experience.
- Experience with testing methodologies, test types, and testing levels.
- Experience writing test plans and test scenarios, reporting defects, and investigating logs.
Nice to have
- Experience with HDFS, Hive, Spark, Kafka, or SQL-H.
