Join an engineering team building a consumer loyalty platform for mobile gamers. You will own a cross-platform SDK used in Unity-based games and applications, including native Android and iOS components.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop a reliable SDK for Unity-based mobile games and applications
- Build and maintain native iOS and Android SDK components and the Unity integration layer
- Define SDK architecture, public APIs, integration patterns, and Unity-to-native communication
- Own the SDK lifecycle from design and implementation through packaging, release, monitoring, and support
- Ensure compatibility across Unity, iOS, and Android versions, devices, and customer environments
- Collaborate with mobile and engineering leads on technical decisions and implementation
- Identify technical risks and recommend practical solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience developing mobile SDKs for Unity applications
- 3+ years of relevant Unity SDK development experience
- 2+ years of native mobile development experience
- Strong understanding of Unity and integration between Unity/C# and native mobile code
- Professional Android development experience with Kotlin
- Professional iOS development experience with Swift
- Understanding of mobile application lifecycles, performance, threading, and debugging
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical decisions clearly
- Ability to work independently with strong ownership and initiative
Nice to have
- Experience leading or taking substantial ownership of an SDK initiative
