Responsibilities
- Build and develop mobile features using Flutter and native Android or iOS technologies.
- Contribute to the transition toward a Flutter-first architecture.
- Deliver complex features from concept through production.
- Lead code reviews and maintain high development standards.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Security, and other teams.
- Identify technical challenges and develop scalable solutions.
- Mentor developers and help guide technical direction.
- Use generative AI, agents, and MCP in the development workflow.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional mobile development experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on Flutter experience.
- At least 2 years of Android or iOS development experience.
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture and technical trade-offs.
- Experience with modular applications, unit testing, and performance optimization.
- Experience using Git in large development teams.
