Lead mechanical NPI and manufacturing transfers for chassis and rack systems at a technology company developing networking solutions for AI and data centers. The role covers production readiness, mechanical integration, and manufacturing support.
Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical NPI and manufacturing transfers for chassis and rack systems.
- Drive production readiness, assembly processes, and mechanical integration.
- Work with global EMS/ODM partners and mechanical suppliers.
- Support thermal and liquid cooling integration, packaging, and manufacturing quality.
- Resolve mechanical production issues and drive engineering improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 6 years of experience in mechanical NPI, manufacturing, or sustaining engineering in networking, telecom, servers, optics, or data center hardware.
- Experience integrating chassis and rack systems.
- Proficiency with SolidWorks and PLM systems.
- Experience with thermal and liquid cooling systems.
- Excellent English communication skills and willingness to travel internationally.
