Responsibilities
- Manage operational excellence and methods-engineering projects across supply chain, operations, and logistics
- Create cross-functional interfaces to support process-improvement collaboration
- Lead engineering initiatives to increase throughput, meet quality requirements, modify layouts, and improve methods
- Drive cross-site processes that support multiple manufacturing operations
- Support routine operations, planning, and pre-production activities
Requirements
- High-level English proficiency
- Interest in operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Ability to collaborate across teams
Nice to have
- Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management
- Relevant experience in operations, project management, planning, or organizational improvement
