A global consumer goods company is hiring an Industrial Engineer to improve manufacturing and quality processes, lead operational projects, and support new tools and automation solutions in Herzliya.
Responsibilities
- Manage and improve manufacturing and quality processes across the production cycle.
- Analyze production processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
- Develop testing and validation methods to ensure manufacturing quality and consistency.
- Investigate technical and production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement solutions.
- Lead cross-functional projects involving manufacturing, quality, and operational improvement.
- Create project plans, timelines, and Gantt charts, and monitor execution.
- Coordinate with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and internal and external stakeholders.
- Support implementation of new processes, tools, and automation solutions.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related engineering field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, technical, and mechanical skills.
- Experience conducting risk assessments and FMEA.
- Ability to manage projects, create work plans, timelines, and Gantt charts.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel abroad as needed.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Experience in manufacturing, quality, or process improvement.
- Experience with SolidWorks.
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar process-automation tools.
