A stable, globally active manufacturing company is seeking an Industrial Engineer to improve plant performance, lead operational initiatives, and support the plant’s professional and managerial development.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects focused on process improvement, efficiency, and productivity
- Analyze operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions
- Support and implement process and organizational changes
- Work closely with the plant manager
- Coordinate with production, quality, logistics, engineering, human resources, and international stakeholders
- Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial operations, manufacturing, or operational excellence
- Experience leading process improvements and performance initiatives
- Very high proficiency in English
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems
- Initiative, presence, and the ability to influence people and drive complex processes
