Responsibilities
- Support, manage, and monitor operational and engineering processes.
- Analyze and improve work methods and operational workflows.
- Use varied organizational computer systems and provide technical support for dedicated systems.
- Coordinate with multiple departments and manage cross-functional interfaces.
- Support engineering change and configuration management.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management is required, with an option for fourth-year students.
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Understanding of manufacturing, logistics, and operational processes.
- Strong knowledge of organizational systems and analytical methods.
- Very good written and spoken Hebrew and English.
- Strong analytical ability, organization, accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work across multiple tasks.
- Ability to work with multiple organizational stakeholders.
Nice to have
- One to three years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or security-oriented company.
- Experience with ERP systems, including Priority or SAP.
- Fourth-year Industrial Engineering and Management student status.
