Hands-on industrial engineering role within a manufacturing team, focused on production processes, quality, validation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage and improve manufacturing and quality processes across the production cycle
- Analyze production processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements
- Develop testing methods and validation processes for manufacturing quality and consistency
- Investigate production and technical issues through root-cause analysis
- Lead cross-functional projects involving manufacturing, quality, and operational improvements
- Create project plans, timelines, and Gantt charts and monitor execution
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and internal and external stakeholders
- Support implementation of new processes, tools, and automation solutions
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related engineering field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on approach
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and FMEA
- Experience or capability in project planning, work plans, timelines, and Gantt charts
- Strong technical and mechanical orientation
- Excellent English
- Ability to work effectively with technical and cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel abroad as required
Nice to have
- Experience in manufacturing, quality, or process improvement
- Experience with SolidWorks
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar process-automation tools
