Lead a team of physical design engineers in the development of complex SoC architectures. Oversee all PD activities including synthesis, place and route, power verification, and static timing analysis. Work closely with RTL and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of internal and external physical design engineers
- Own all physical design activities including synthesis, P&R, PV, and STA
- Collaborate with RTL team on SDC and UPF creation
- Coordinate with MSIP, CAD, and packaging teams
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in physical design
- Experience with complex SoC physical design
- Knowledge of all PD flows and tools
- BSs in Electrical Engineering
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global teams
Nice to have
- MSc in Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge of ultra-low power PD techniques
