Responsibilities
- Support new supercomputers and AI fabrics technologies.
- Build customer trust and understand their needs.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to develop features for customers.
- Lead cross-team cooperation within the company.
- Resolve complex issues while leading high-visibility customer cases.
- Provide feedback to engineering and marketing on product requirements.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years experience with FW Phy or Serdes development.
- High-level communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work directly with customers and executives.
Nice to have
- Experience with transceivers and cables.
- FW development experience in a networking company.
- Knowledge of networking and scripting languages, and experience solving in-depth problems.
