Responsibilities
- Own microarchitecture and RTL design for complex silicon blocks and subsystems.
- Collaborate with verification, firmware, system engineering, architecture, and physical design teams.
- Contribute to subsystem integration, design reviews, quality checks, and synthesis readiness.
- Apply AI-assisted techniques for design productivity, debug, and documentation.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical execution.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in RTL design for complex IPs, subsystems, or SoCs.
- Hands-on experience with Verilog/SystemVerilog and microarchitecture definition.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-assisted techniques in silicon design.
- Experience with security-oriented silicon subsystems.
- Experience across silicon development lifecycle: verification, integration, synthesis, timing.
- Experience with low-power design, performance optimization, clock/reset architecture, CDC/RDC, lint.
- Experience as technical leader or mentor.
