Lead chip and PCB NPI qualification for networking products. Drive cross-functional engineering and supplier coordination from early development through high-volume manufacturing. Manage risk, BOM, ECR, and project tracking using Power BI and AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead CHIP, substrate, OSAT, and PCB qualification for networking products (second source).
- Collaborate with engineering teams to select substrate suppliers based on technical capability and capacity.
- Coordinate ECR/CCB change management processes.
- Work with engineering teams to create product BOM and plan initial assembly qualification.
- Track activities and timelines to ensure qualification completion and transition to mass production.
- Develop and execute risk plans for material requirements before qualification completion.
- Identify critical paths and bottlenecks; implement risk management methodologies.
- Improve project management processes, data tracking, and operational efficiency using Power BI and AI-driven tools.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Industrial, Material, or Chemical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years leading sophisticated technology-intensive projects (semiconductor advantage).
- Strong engineering background with business and operations proficiency.
- Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and decision-making skills.
- Independent, proactive approach with ability to work flexibly with global teams.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in English.
