Responsible for driving yield improvement and failure analysis for high-speed interconnect products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and performance.
Responsibilities
- Perform data and failure analysis to achieve high-quality product deliveries.
- Improve product performance by solving cross-disciplinary problems.
- Lead high-impact task forces and working groups.
- Design and improve factory test plans for coverage, time, cost, and yield.
- Build automated platforms for engineering inputs.
- Drive yield improvement and address failure pareto.
- Manage failure analysis of field and production failures.
- Collaborate with customer support, marketing, engineering, quality, and reliability teams.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Material Engineering, or Chemistry Engineering.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities.
- Strong statistics and data analysis background (JMP).
- Good software skills, especially in scripting languages.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Fast learner, able to multitask and work under stress.
- Good communication skills with diverse teams.
