FPGA Development Engineer
Join a small, high-quality development team within a multi-disciplinary project. Responsible for FPGA design and verification, using synthesis and place-and-route tools, generating programming files, performing lab testing, writing documentation, and supporting hardware-software integration.
Responsibilities
- Work in a small, high-quality development team within a multi-disciplinary project.
- Perform logic design and testing of programmable components or modules.
- Use physical design tools (synthesis, place & route) and logic verification tools, and generate programming files.
- Perform lab testing and design verification, write design and test documents.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders, write technical specifications, support integrations, and define hardware-software interfaces.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (required).
- At least 5 years of experience in FPGA development (required).
- Good familiarity with IP libraries and hard-cores (required).
- Knowledge of physical design: timing, writing constraints, placement, IO (required).
- Familiarity with embedded controllers and processors in FPGA (uBlaze, NIOS, RISC-V, ARM) (required).
Nice to have
- Experience in logic verification (advantage for System Verilog).
- Familiarity with common communication interfaces (RS232, I2C, SPI, etc.).
