Develop networking features for NIC firmware in a dynamic environment. Implement new features in pre- and post-silicon environments, develop verification tests, and gain deep system debug skills. Work closely with architecture and design teams on cutting-edge technology.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architecture and software design teams.
- Implement new features in NIC firmware for pre- and post-silicon environments.
- Develop verification tests for advanced firmware features.
- Debug systems and understand networking technology, stacks, and HW/FW/SW relationships.
- Learn software project operations, maintenance, qualification, and release processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 1 year of professional experience.
- Proficiency in C/C++.
- Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and independent with good interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with network protocols.
- Experience with real-time programming.
- Knowledge of storage protocols.
