Lead a team of formal verification engineers responsible for pre-silicon verification of complex digital designs for network products and GPU technologies. Define strategies, mentor engineers, and ensure quality tapeouts.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of formal verification engineers.
- Define and drive verification strategies across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with architecture, design, and DV teams to identify needs.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring.
- Own planning and execution of verification deliverables for timely tapeouts.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
- 5+ years managerial experience in chip design or verification.
- 8+ years industry experience in RTL design, functional verification, or related.
- Strong understanding of chip design flows and verification methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with formal verification tools (JasperGold, VC Formal).
- Background in assertions, coverage models, or formal testbench development.
- Track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
- Passion for recruiting and mentoring.
