Architectural Modeling Engineer
You will build models for full-system performance analysis, enabling architects to evaluate design trade-offs. Requires B.Sc. in EE/CE/CS, 3+ years in hardware/architectural modeling, knowledge of computer architecture, performance analysis, and networking. Preferred: SoC/ASIC/CPU experience, simulation frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to translate architectural concepts into simulation and modeling environments.
- Develop models ranging from individual components to full-system performance analysis.
- Predict system behavior, performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Enable evaluation of design choices and trade-offs.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in hardware modeling, architectural modeling, performance modeling, or simulation.
- Strong understanding of computer architecture and microarchitecture fundamentals.
- Knowledge of system-level performance analysis and modeling concepts.
- Familiarity with bandwidth, latency, data movement, and system bottlenecks.
- Understanding of networking, packet-processing, HPC, or related domains.
- Experience using modern AI-assisted engineering tools.
Nice to have
- Experience with SoC, ASIC, CPU, networking, AI/ML accelerator, storage, or data-center architectures.
- Experience developing simulation frameworks, virtual platforms, or performance models.
- Understanding of packet-processing, networking protocols, or large-scale system architectures.
