Senior Full-Stack Technical Lead

Lead technical direction and day-to-day delivery of a complex business platform while contributing production code. The role is remote and full-time, with required overlap with Israel working hours. Candidates based in Israel are preferred; international candidates are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Own the project’s technical direction and delivery while writing production code
- Design and build frontend, backend, API, and database solutions
- Lead code reviews and establish quality, testing, and documentation standards
- Improve integrations across sales, shopping, CRM, gateways, and shared services
- Improve deployments, monitoring, performance, security, and production reliability
- Mentor developers, remove technical blockers, and support team growth
- Collaborate with product and infrastructure teams on technical and architectural decisions
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, Django, Angular, React, and TypeScript
- Experience leading technical delivery and mentoring developers
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, data modeling, and production databases
- Experience with REST APIs, integrations, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
- Strong English and ability to work with distributed teams
- Availability to overlap with Israel working hours
