Lead the technical delivery of client products from architecture through production. Build web systems and mobile backends, guide technical decisions, and collaborate with product, design, mobile, and client teams across multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and build end-to-end web systems, including backend services, APIs, databases, and web front ends.
- Build backend services and APIs for Flutter apps, including authentication, payments, notifications, real-time features, and admin dashboards.
- Translate product and technical specifications into architecture and provide project estimates.
- Lead decisions on technology stacks, infrastructure, data models, and third-party integrations.
- Own deployment and production systems, including cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, performance, and security.
- Participate in client meetings, explain technical tradeoffs, and help founders prioritize MVPs.
- Review code, mentor developers, and improve shared tools, templates, and engineering practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on full-stack development experience, with production systems to demonstrate.
- Strong TypeScript and JavaScript skills, with deep Node.js experience and React experience; Next.js is a plus.
- Experience with Flutter/Dart or other mobile development.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase/Firestore.
- Experience designing REST APIs for mobile clients.
- Hands-on experience with cloud hosting, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Daily experience using AI coding tools while maintaining code quality.
- Experience building products from scratch.
- Strong product sense, ownership, and communication skills, including comfort working with clients and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining quality.
- Fluent English and Hebrew.

- Experience at a software house, agency, or early-stage startup.
- Experience with payments, maps, WebSockets, or 3D/WebGL.
- Experience integrating AI or LLM features into products.
- Service in an IDF technology unit or a similar background.
- Monorepo experience with Turborepo or Nx.
