Design and build end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and data layers. Own full lifecycle from design to production. Collaborate with product and stakeholders. Ensure scalability and reliability. Mentor team members.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex features across frontend, backend, and databases
- Own features through full lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, deployment, production support
- Write high-quality production-grade code with focus on reliability, performance, scalability, maintainability
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to system design and architectural decisions
- Promote best practices: clean code, testing, CI/CD, observability
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Serve as technical role model through mentorship and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- 8+ years professional experience building complex software systems
- Proven experience delivering large-scale production systems end-to-end
- Strong CS fundamentals: object-oriented design, data structures, performance, complexity
- Experience across frontend and backend
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Excellent communication skills, professional English proficiency
- Curiosity, self-learning, proactive problem-solving
Nice to have
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with production monitoring, logging, and observability tools
- Experience with containers and infrastructure tooling (e.g., Docker, Terraform)
