Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer

Build and own features across backend services, product interfaces, data systems, and cloud infrastructure for a high-throughput CTV advertising platform. Hybrid work, with three days per week in the Tel Aviv office.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, roll out, and support features end to end
- Develop backend services and frontend interfaces
- Build and operate high-throughput, low-latency systems for real-time ad requests
- Model and query data across multiple storage systems
- Deploy and run services on Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure
- Use AI coding agents to write code, then review, test, and take ownership of shipped changes
- Participate in code and design reviews and improve team practices
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional software development experience
- Strong TypeScript skills with NestJS or a similar Node.js framework, and React
- Hands-on Go experience or a clear commitment to learning it quickly
- Experience with at least two of Redis, SQL databases, MongoDB, and ClickHouse
- Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one of AWS or Oracle Cloud
- Daily use of AI coding agents, with ability to explain workflows and verify generated code
- Strong code review, testing, Git, and CI/CD skills
- Good written and spoken English
Nice to have
- Experience in advertising technology, CTV, video advertising, ad servers, SSPs, DSPs, real-time auctions, OpenRTB, VAST, VPAID, VMAP, or header bidding
- Experience with low-latency data stores, high-QPS performance optimization, monitoring and observability, or custom AI tooling
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
