Responsibilities

Architect, build, and scale high-performance React and Next.js web applications
Own, monitor, and optimize site speed and Core Web Vitals, including LCP, INP, and TBT
Partner with Marketing, Product, and Data teams on SEM tools, tracking integrations, and conversion funnels
Lead features from technical scoping and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch monitoring
Evolve CMS architecture, design systems, and frontend toolchains
Maintain code quality and promote automated testing and engineering best practices

Requirements

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in frontend or full-stack, high-scale production web environments
