Join a founding team building a streaming service. Lead and mentor web, Android, and iOS engineers while initially building the web client hands-on.
Responsibilities
- Architect and build the browser-based web client.
- Lead and mentor the client-side engineering team, including Android and iOS developers.
- Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Content teams to improve engagement and revenue.
- Guide Kotlin Multiplatform strategy to increase code sharing and performance.
- Build and manage a client-side A/B testing framework for concurrent experiments across user segments.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on frontend development experience and expert knowledge of modern web frameworks, preferably React.
- At least 2 years of experience as a team lead or tech lead.
- Mobile development experience with Android or iOS.
- Product-oriented approach, strong UI/UX sensibility, and experience collaborating with design teams.
- Experience in a high-growth environment, preferably in consumer apps, gaming, or entertainment.
- Ability to present technical topics and insights to stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with in-app economies and billing systems.
- Experience with streaming platforms, video technology, or digital media delivery.
- Experience managing concurrent A/B tests at scale while maintaining statistical validity.
- Experience with or strong knowledge of Kotlin Multiplatform.
