Lead a global team of front-end engineers in designing and developing complex web applications for quantum computing control systems. Own architecture, drive best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a global team of front-end engineers
- Own front-end architecture and technical vision
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance UI solutions
- Collaborate with backend, product, UX, and system engineers
- Drive best practices in code quality, testing, performance, and accessibility
- Participate in hands-on development
- Lead design reviews, code reviews, and technical decisions
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional front-end development experience
- 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring front-end engineers
- Strong expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript
- Solid experience with React; Angular/Vue is an advantage
- Deep understanding of front-end architecture and component-based design
- Experience with code reviews, testing strategies, and CI/CD
- Experience working with backend APIs (REST/gRPC/WebSockets)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written English
Nice to have
- Experience with performance optimization and large-scale applications
- Experience with visualization libraries (D3, Canvas, WebGL)
- Experience in complex B2B or deep-tech products
- Familiarity with Python or backend technologies
- Background in real-time data or hardware interaction
