Join an R&D project developing mission-critical systems in a complex, high-quality environment. This is a full-time, on-site role in Yehud, Israel, involving hands-on C# development, technical leadership, solution architecture, and delivery ownership.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction of the R&D team.
- Design and develop reactive, service-based systems with messaging and asynchronous communication.
- Own solution architecture and technical decisions.
- Combine hands-on C# development with technical leadership.
- Manage complex and evolving requirements across multiple stakeholders.
- Lead planning, execution, scheduling, and technical delivery.
- Work in air-gapped environments.
Requirements
- Strong experience with C# and .NET.
- Experience as a Tech Lead, Team Lead, R&D Lead, or Solution Architect.
- Experience designing service-based systems with messaging and asynchronous communication.
- Experience with mission-critical systems and high-quality software.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in corporate or defense environments.
- Valid security clearance is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience working in air-gapped environments.
