Lead customer engagements and define architectures, requirements, and delivery plans for high-scale cloud communication solutions connecting embedded and cloud systems.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers to understand needs and tailor solutions
- Define system architectures and derive system and software requirements
- Develop consolidated timelines across multiple projects
- Prioritize product features and coordinate delivery planning
- Collaborate with software architects, developers, and project managers
- Apply ASPICE standards to system requirements, architecture, and software requirements
- Lead cross-functional collaboration and communicate with senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- At least 5 years of experience in technical product management, systems engineering, or solution architecture
- Strong understanding of high-scale communication protocols, including MQTT, WebSockets, and RESTful API design
- Familiarity with systems engineering and requirements management processes
- Experience in customer-facing roles and understanding customer needs
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, take accountability, and deliver under pressure
Nice to have
- Automotive industry experience
- Experience bridging embedded systems or Linux environments with cloud backends
- Willingness to travel for customer engagements
