Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship platform features from architecture through production
- Own component performance, reliability, security, and maintainability
- Collaborate with product managers, security researchers, and engineers
- Integrate AI capabilities where they deliver meaningful user value
- Promote the use of AI coding tools in daily engineering workflows
- Mentor engineers and improve team development practices
- Raise standards for code quality, reviews, and technical decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping production software
- Strong software design, data structures, and system architecture fundamentals
- Experience designing, building, and delivering features end-to-end
- Production experience integrating LLMs, AI agents, or machine learning pipelines
- Ability to work across the stack and learn new technologies quickly
- Advanced experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Copilot
- Ability to lead AI-driven development workflows across a team
Nice to have
- Background in cybersecurity, offensive security, or infrastructure-heavy products
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment
- Open-source contributions or technical writing
