Develop and support scalable internal business systems using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and the Power Platform. The role is based in Jerusalem with a hybrid schedule of three office days per week and requires partial overlap with US business hours.
Responsibilities
- Configure and deliver solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Pages, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Design scalable Dataverse data models, security frameworks, and solution architectures
- Customize Dynamics 365 applications and build automation workflows
- Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
- Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable platform solutions
- Evaluate low-code and no-code approaches while balancing configuration and custom development
- Design and support integrations with Microsoft and third-party business applications
- Apply security, usability, governance, performance, and scalability best practices
- Support source control, application lifecycle management, and DevOps processes
Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken Hebrew and English
- At least 5 years of experience delivering solutions with Dynamics 365, Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse security models, solution management, and scalable architecture
- Experience designing business applications, automation workflows, and digital experiences on the Power Platform
- Experience developing Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with internal and external systems
- Proficiency with REST APIs, integration patterns, SQL Server, JavaScript, C#, and .NET
- Experience developing PCF controls and React-based Power Platform interfaces
- Hands-on experience with Dataverse plugins and C# business logic
- Experience with Azure Functions and Azure cloud services
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, application lifecycle management, and Agile delivery
- Knowledge of Microsoft CRM SDK, SSRS, and Microsoft development toolkits
Nice to have
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, or related technologies
