Build robust, flexible backend systems and healthcare-provider integrations for a healthcare technology platform. The role is based in Tel Aviv with a flexible hybrid model.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex, time-critical microservices
- Build systems that process high volumes of data
- Develop integrations with healthcare providers using varied data formats
- Collaborate with algorithm, data, and product teams
- Maintain code quality, performance, and scalability
- Evaluate and introduce technologies that improve engineering outcomes
Requirements
- At least 5 years of backend development experience
- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong ownership of code quality, performance, and scalability
Nice to have
- Experience with backend pipelines and messaging queues
- Experience with cloud environments
- Healthcare technology experience, particularly EHR and HL7
