Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver complex backend services for a real-time ad exchange.
Architect scalable systems and lead major initiatives, migrations, and long-term maintainability improvements.
Profile and optimize performance for ultra-low latency and high throughput under heavy concurrency.
Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish software engineering standards.
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, DevOps, and engineering teams on technical solutions.
Own services in production, including monitoring, alerting, observability, and incident resolution.
Improve deployment pipelines and cloud infrastructure in collaboration with DevOps.

Requirements

5+ years of backend software development experience focused on large-scale distributed systems.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical or military experience.
