Requirements

At least 6 years of hands-on software development experience
Proven Java development experience
Experience building cloud-native microservices with Kubernetes and Docker
Experience designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems
Experience with Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging technologies
Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
Experience building resilient, high-velocity production systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Nice to have

Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML engines and agentic workflows
Experience working with global teams
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or equivalent
