Responsibilities
- Architect and develop core backend components for a cloud cost governance platform.
- Own product requirements end to end, including design, development, testing, and delivery.
- Research, experiment with, and build solutions that detect and remediate cloud inefficiencies.
- Design systems strategically while tuning detailed implementation and performance.
- Collaborate with engineering teammates, product managers, and solutions engineers.
- Engage with enterprise customers to understand cloud cost challenges and help shape product direction.
Requirements
- 7+ years of backend engineering experience.
- Experience with modern programming languages such as Go or Python.
- Experience designing and implementing distributed systems with microservices and cloud-native patterns.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Background building large-scale B2B SaaS systems on public cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to deconstruct complex problems and deliver pragmatic, scalable solutions.
